Cancellation Policy
Please advise that should you desire to cancel an Suslove order, the order must be cancelled within 48 hours of the initial purchase. After this time, orders are packaged and prepared for shipping. Cancelling an order after this period and requesting a full refund can and will be completed if desired - **Please advise that there will be a $50 cancellation fee after the 48 hour period**.
Return Policy
If you would like to return your suslove item(s) and receive a refund, please contact customercare@shopsuslove.com with your order number and we would be happy to assist you from there.
**Please note that the hair clips will only be accepted for return with defects or damaged cause during manufacturing and will not be accepted for return after 30 days**
Water
We advise against bathing or swimming while wearing the clips to prevent water damage to teh metal clasp in the center of the clip.
Cleaning
Cellulose acetate is 100% biodegradable. Our clips are coated with a smooth glossy finish that can be easily cleaned using most basic products. We suggest using any hair care tool cleaning solution you night have handy or a simple makeup wipe/antibacterial wipe to remove any residue on the clips.
Damage
Avoid clips coming into contact with sharp objects that might scratch the finish of the clip.
